As chefs we are never satisfied and always evolving. We are more in awe of a carrot or potato, grown by one of our trusted farmers, than we are by a white truffle flown in from Italy. To us, this is what defines cooking in Missouri.

Why do you love Missouri

There are so many hidden gems here. The Ozark Hills, the rivers, the woods, the farmlands, and the cities. I love Missouri for its awesome pace of life, great people, history, and lots of treasured open spaces.
